# Have you assembled a moderator team?

In addition to Robert’s points above, I would suggest a Code of Conduct (or Terms of Use or some other form of guidance for the users that moderators can refer to) and a Moderator Policy that provides guidance for what is expected of moderators. You would also do well to have a [moderation guide](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-moderation-guide/63116) tailored to your forum.
