帖子生命周期

1. 第1天：新社区成员（Smith）创建主题（问题、建议等）
2. 第2天：公司社区经理（Bob）回复该主题（提出需要更多信息的问题）
3. 第3天：新社区成员（Smith）在主题下再次发帖  
\*\*系统通知公司社区经理（Bob）该主题已有更新
4. 第00天：社区经理（Bob）回复再次发帖的内容
5. 第00天之后：社区成员（Smith）确认问题已解决。

[问题]  
通知社区经理回复正在进行的主题/帖子的最佳方式是什么？

我们使用 Slack、电子邮件、Jira 和 Salesforce。

请问作为整个社区配置，我应该在哪里检查此设置？  
看起来默认情况下它被设置为“跟踪（tracking）”。

另外，“关注（Watching）”会通过电子邮件通知吗？我们能否通过 Slack 或其他方式单独通知相关人员？

我主要是想找到一种最佳方法，让组织内的员工跟进转发的帖子，直到问题得到解决。

如果该用户不在论坛中，系统将通过电子邮件通知其每条新帖子或回复。如果该用户当前正在论坛中，则不会收到此类通知。不过，如果他们在账户偏好设置中启用了“允许通知”，则会在其屏幕和浏览器标签页上收到通知。
