# 求助！“您的IP地址不允许新注册？”

这个问题之前已经有人提过，但至今仍未有具体的解决方案。

过去一个月，一个非常严重的问题导致我的应用用户大量流失。

当用户在我们的 [论坛](https://community.habitify.me) 注册新账号或登录旧账号时，会收到以下错误： **来自您的 IP 地址的新注册不被允许（已达到最大限制）** 。

甚至我自己，在退出登录后再次尝试登录时也无法成功，不得不重置密码才能进入论坛。

我已经按照 [这里](https://meta.discourse.org/t/registration-limit-from-ip-address/33969) 的一些人的建议进行了操作，但毫无成效。能否请您帮忙解决？

我也是这么猜的。你是在使用反向代理吗？这样所有 IP 都会被记录为代理的 IP。
