is it possible to bring down the topic content editor when the keyboard is closed? Otherwise it takes 2 presses to do so (1 on the keyboard button, 1 to swipe).

Can you elaborate on this? How are you closing the keyboard? The other direction should be automatic: shrinking the editor → keyboard closes automatically, so only 1 action.
