現在どのようなソフトウェアが稼働していますか？最初のステップは、データの移行だと思います。

投稿数はいくつですか？現在のデータベースのサイズはどのくらいですか？

ページビュー数はどれくらいで、今後どれくらいを予想しますか？ユーザー数は重要ではありませんが、同時ユーザー数の方がはるかに重要です。

トラフィックについて何も知らないので、2〜4GBのEC2で十分だと思います。参考までに、Digital Oceanでは月額14〜28米ドルです。
