据我所知，没有。如果RSS feed只提供这么多内容，你也没什么办法。相当多的网站希望人们能在自己的平台上阅读，而RSS只作为一种公告。他们真的不希望为你提供内容。

当然，你可以编写一个爬虫来完成这项工作，但是……每一个管理员和内容创作者都非常讨厌这样做。
