# Hetzner删除了我的账户和服务器，我一无所有。无所有。该怎么办？

例如，我的 VPS 提供商在允许发送邮件服务器请求时需要身份验证——Hetzner 在您的账户设置之外不持有您的真实身份信息吗？我不得不发送一些官方身份证件——这在账户中是看不到的。这将验证您的身份，并帮助他们区分您和接管您账户的人。
