# Hidden content/posts only visible by admins

I searched for answer and no luck. Is there possibility to have option for regular user to mark the post as hidden from public or viewable only by admins. We have few clients that want to leave credential and to avoid opening new private message they could just tick the box to make the post hidden from public view. The only problem is that some might use this option in more cases than expected.

I’m curious, what is the difference between  
creating a (private) Message that is hidden from public view and only viewable by Admins (and other Mods)  
and  
creating a private Topic that is hidden from public view and only viewable by Admins (and other Mods)

With new private message you are starting new conversation while with hidden content you can just continue discussion. I guess this makes more sense if you have software forum. Discussion develops and at some point you need private details like FTP login.

This is exactly what the whisper feature is for, whispers are only visible to staff. Enable whispers and you are good.
