Questo non mi sembra corretto. L’impostazione `default_categories_muted` si applica a tutti gli utenti come preferenza predefinita, ma i singoli utenti (sia staff che non staff) possono sovrascriverla se modificano le proprie impostazioni di notifica personali per le categorie silenziate.
