ほとんどのことはCSSで隠せるでしょう。[Horizon Theme](https://meta.discourse.org/t/horizon-theme/360486) はすでにシンプルで使いやすいインターフェース向けに設計されたミニマリストインターフェースを提供しているので、それを出発点として利用できるかもしれません。
