High CPU & Disk Usage After Restore from a Failed Update

Sorry… I’m not very proficient in Linux. Could you teach me specifically how to set it up?
I’ve never manually changed any system settings. However, I think the hosting provider might be limiting swap because this server appears to be running on HDD (judging by the maximum 2k IOPS).


Can doing these things permanently modify the settings you mentioned?

run:
