방금 [이 커밋](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/ae2bc240af434168aeebe73d550b1c979ca3a29b)을 병합했는데, 상황이 개선되길 바랍니다. 결과를 알려주세요! (약 30분 이내에 tests-passed에 반영될 예정입니다)

로컬에서 메모리가 제한된 docker 컨테이너로 테스트해 보니, 이제 `-m 1600m`로 성공적인 빌드를 수행할 수 있습니다. 이 변경 사항 이전에는 최소 `-m 3000m`까지 줄일 수 있었습니다.
