What would you like done? From scratch installation of the free version of Discourse on a new domain. Configure also.

When do you need it done? ASAP

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task? $100-200 for basic setup. Negotiable if I find out my price is lower than market average. [Hostinger.com](http://Hostinger.com) is the domain host. Will also pay for future minor modifications as necessary.
