Hi everyone,

We’re developing a **community platform for engineering and technical knowledge exchange** , looking for Engineering & Tech Forum Developer Team (Discourse-based) at **China mainland**.

#### 🚀 Project Vision

1. A multilingual community (English / Japanese / Chinese)
2. Topics: engineering devices, R&D tools, and industrial know-how
3. Discourse-based structure with AI-assisted search planned in the future

#### 🧩 Planned Phases

**Phase I**

- 
  1. Build the core forum (posts, comments, tags, search, etc.)
  2. Connect current internal content database

#### 👥 Looking For

- 
  1. Discourse developers or teams experienced with customization / plugin development
  2. Community builders or advisors with technical forum experience
