Search Settings for “topics” - `categories topics` defaults to 20 and is described as:
> Number of topics to show in /categories page. If set to 0, it will automatically try to find a value to keep the two columns symmetrical (categories and topics).

That page has infinite scrolling and I don’t think is limited to any set number.
