Apologies, I lost track of this (and got swamped with other stuff).

I have just merged [DEV: add plugin outlet to Horizon topic card title by chapoi · Pull Request #40610 · discourse/discourse · GitHub](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/40610) which should make events appear on the high context cards too.
