I’m poking around on your site a bit and think I have a better understanding of things. Let me share and see if I’ve got it right.
- You’ve got 5 main categories, and while all show an image thumbnail, the only category that uses the grid layout is the Introductions category
- As a community of podcasters, it was natural to establish a norm that people include an image that shows off their podcast as part of their introduction topic, and they benefit from doing so because they can communicate “a thousand words” about what their podcast is about on the topic list itself that way.
Have you had to do anything else to encourage people to include an image as part of their intro post? Or is it sufficient for everyone just to see that “everybody else is doing it”?
