# Hosting Discourse on a Raspberry Pi?

That isn’t really a Discourse question.

You’re going to hit a bunch of problems here, running a docker image on ARM rather than x64, slow microSD storage speeds, pinning a DNS name to a dynamic IP.

All of these things fall outside the scope of what we support here. The scope of support is the [standard install](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-cloud.md) which requires a domain name, x64 cloud server and SSD storage.
