# Hover tips on admin post menu are incorrect or missing

In the admin post menu, the hover tips are missing or seem incorrect for most of the options in the dropdown.
In [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true) `Moderation History`, `Add Staff Color`, `Make Wiki`, and `Rebuild HTML` do not have them. Of the options that do have them, only one is correct. When not in [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true), seems the standard plugin options do not have hover tips (ie: `Page Publishing`, `Add User Note`).
### 🚶 Steps to reproduce
(in [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true))
1. as an admin, go to a test user post and click the admin post menu wrench icon below the post
2. hover each option to see the respective tips:
- `Add Official Notice` option hover tip is “unhide”, which i don’t think is correct
- the `Change Ownership` hover tip is the one for `Lock Post`
- the `Lock Post` option looks like the only existing one that is correct
### Expected result
correct info hover tips appear for all options in admin post menu
