# How can I hide (make a topic invisible)?

Hi all,
I want to hide a post on my forum that is no longer wanted and can potentially give wrong information to the clientele.
I have used “archived” “unlisted” “locked” the post but it still shows up while logged in and also without logged in.
Let me know how to fix this?

Move it to a secure category. Staff/Meta for example. Or just Delete it.

Keep in mind that site staff (admins and moderators) will continue to see unlisted topics, but normal users will not. It all depends on “how invisible” you want the topic to be. Unlisted topics can still be accessed if a user knows the exact URL, while deleted topics cannot.
