# 如何手动将主题置顶到“顶部”

这是一个旧帖子，但令我惊讶的是，我发现作为分类版主（moderator）的用户并没有将话题置顶到该分类顶部的权限。这似乎是版主可以承担的一个重要职责。

一种解决方案是赋予版主 TL4 状态，但我觉得这不太合适，因为这会让用户能够将话题置顶到 **所有** 分类，对吧？因此，当你有一个用户负责一个分类的版主工作，另一个用户负责另一个分类的版主工作等情况时，你肯定不希望这样做。

有没有办法让版主仅在他们担任版主的分类中置顶话题？或者只为特定分类赋予用户 TL4 状态？
