# How can users know their Trust Level?

Good morning,

I’d like to know how a user can find out their trust level and the criteria for advancing to the next level.

As an administrator, I can see it, but not as a user

They can see it by visiting their profile. This is yours as a logged out user (i.e. not admin). It’s at the bottom.

If you have changed the TL default settings you’ll need to publish the criteria somewhere. If not, you could share [this](https://blog.discourse.org/2018/06/understanding-discourse-trust-levels/) somewhere.

One tip: change those basic, regular etc to real trustlevels. The situation is a bit confusing when we are talking about TLs and UI uses totally different names.

Most of users aren’t interested in trust levels, though.
