templates フォルダにあるテンプレートのいずれかを使用できます。例えば、スタンドアロンサーバーを実行したい場合は、standalone.yml ファイルを使用してください。

例:

cp /var/discourse/samples/standalone.yml /var/discourse/containers/app.yml

その中で必要な変更を加えることができます。
