That sounds great, and you do not need to search for ‘Manual’ anymore because you already added this trigger to your Workflow.
It just starts workflows by clicking on the green button you pressed. Your instinct was right 
If you want to dig a little deeper as a next step, take a look at executions. You can see there a detailed output of workflow runnings, and it is in a human-readable format. I fixed (with IA functionality) almost all workflows using this data on my prompts.
