Как сделать так, чтобы у некоторых участников были цветные никнеймы и они могли создавать темы (которые другие не видят)?

Я хочу создать VIP-сессию.

В этой сессии я хотел бы узнать, как сделать так, чтобы у участников были цветные никнеймы, как на этом изображении:

И как сделать так, чтобы участники могли создавать темы, которые видны только VIP-участникам?
