# 其他管理员如何处理被盗账户？

有这个功能很好。

如果通知邮件包含一个身份验证链接，除非点击链接，否则不会完成旧电子邮件的删除，这可能会有帮助，除非他们的电子邮件账户也被泄露了。

暂停账户似乎是第一步，并向旧地址发送手动电子邮件，通知用户，并在删除新的冒名电子邮件后，在解除账户暂停之前，确保您正在与合法账户持有人而不是垃圾邮件发送者进行通信。

我还没有亲自处理过这种情况，希望会有更多有用的建议。如果他们的电子邮件客户端被泄露了，除非您有其他方式与账户持有人沟通，否则在问题解决之前可能无能为力。您可以在您的网站上发布公开帖子，警告成员正在发生的事情。
