我正在深入学习如何构建 Web 工具，并对 Discourse 社区如何处理外部视频内容感到好奇。

例如，如果成员分享了来自快手、TikTok 或其他视频平台的视频，Discourse 中处理这些 URL 的推荐方式是什么？

我特别感兴趣的是：

- 如何检测和显示外部视频 URL
- 是否有推荐的插件或集成方案来实现这一功能
- 开发者如何处理那些不提供标准嵌入代码的平台
