# Discourse rewind가 지난 1년치 채팅 메시지를 어떻게 집계하나요?

마지막 메시지가 3개월 이상 되어 삭제된 후, 내 리와인드(rewind)에서 채팅 섹션이 더 이상 사용 불가능하다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. "즐겨찾는 채널"이 없으면 해당 섹션이 숨겨지는데, 제가 참여한 유일한 채널이었기 때문에 Discourse가 더 이상 내 즐겨찾기 채널을 결정할 수 없었던 것으로 보입니다.

이로 인해 최소 하나의 “보관 일수(retention days)” 설정이 0이 아니거나 1년보다 큰 포럼에서 지난 1년간의 채팅 메시지 수는 어떻게 결정되는지 궁금해졌습니다.

이전에는 채널과 DM의 채팅 메시지가 "보관 일수"가 만료되면 데이터베이스에서 삭제된다고 가정했습니다. 그렇다면 사용자가 지난 1년 동안 작성한 메시지 수를 어떻게 알 수 있을까요? 데이터가 여전히 데이터베이스에 남아 있어 이를 카운트할 수 있는 것일까요? 아니면 지난 90일 동안 공개 채널에서 아무것도 작성하지 않았더라도 채팅 메시지 섹션을 계속 볼 수 있도록 데이터를 사용할 수 없나요?  
아니면 해당 숫자는 실제로 지난 1년을 기준으로 한 것이 아니라, 현재 사용 가능한 메시지만을 기반으로 한 것일까요? 그렇다면 이 경우를 설명하기 위해 리와인드 안의 메시지에 해당 내용이 명시되어야 하지 않을까요?
