For that second part, the theme component Topic List Previews is useful, it adds a snippet from the head post below the title of each topic shown.

And we also now have Horizon: High Context Topic Cards.

Do you mean only people or contributors in general? And also when you say “use”, do you care how use (lets say they abuse the forum for their campaign.. )

I think we should make sure we always design for people first. It is people that create the knowledge – AI is a powerful tool but it is only as good as the data it consumes. If we deprioritise people, we degrade the dataset.
