# 我们的旧版Discourse将在多久后无法使用？

大家好，

我是 Tommo，最近开始在一家使用 Discourse 的论坛担任版主。

如标题所述，我们论坛目前使用的是 2.5.0.beta5 版本，该版本相对较旧。我们当然计划在未来进行更新，但目前没有足够的时间或知识来自信地完成更新。

那么……我们可以在不损害论坛基本功能的情况下，继续使用 2.5.0.beta5 多久呢？

好吧，只要它能用，就是可用的。但自那以后已经发布了几项安全修复，因此你实际上正在运行一个不受支持且存在安全隐患的 Discourse 版本。建议尽快更新。

（我擅自移除了你论坛的链接，因为在你这种情况下，公开其位置似乎不太明智。😉）
