As mentioned by CodingHorrow, you can add it in the admin -> customize -> html section of the admin panel.

Mpalmer may of been asking you what a “copyright trademark” is, because well, it isn’t anything. You’re combinding two relatively different things into one thing.

A copyright is not a trademark. A copyright is a copyright. They are not synonyms.

As such a © symbol inscribed signifies that something is copyrighted. Forms of content such as as books, movies, songs, paintings, and in this case… web content can be copyrighted. A copyright ideally allows you to control how your work is reproduced, distributed and presented publicly.

A Trademark ( ™ ) protects names, terms and symbols that are used to identify the source of goods and/or services on the market. Trademarks include brand names such as “Coca-Cola” and images such as Nike’s famous “swoosh.”. Created content such as posts and such are not covered under a trademark.
