Wow, that’s a lot. Why was it increased from 50% to more than 80%?

Thanks for contributing! We will add new languages when the translation progress for core is at least at 50%.

We only add new languages to Discourse when at least 50% of strings have been translated. We have this rule to prevent Discourse from shipping low-quality translations.
