It appears when you paste a link directly in the title field.

That’s right but how can I then change the title in such a way that’s not a URL while keeping the link?

When you paste the link, the title is automatically converted to the link title after a few seconds instead of the link URL. [example]

You can’t add it after creating the topic, only during the creation.
