How to Add New Users to Specific Groups?

I have two groups one is secret and one is open group.

I want to do that, when user sign up then they will be become members of both groups. I have set as both group primary as below image but its not work.

Can anyone help me, which setting are required to complete the above process?

The “Automatically set as primary group” checkbox only works if you enter at least one email domain that will be used to match against the users email address.

There’s no other way to automatically add new users to a group (unless you invite them).

If i mention below domain name in automatic box like this, then they will automatic added in above group?

@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.co.uk

After adding all above domain in box, showing below message when i click to save button.

group%20setting%20domain

remove the @s from those domains and try again
