# Cómo crear automáticamente una lista de temas en una subcategoría?

Hola, me gustaría saber cómo crear automáticamente una lista de temas como en esta imagen

Como pueden ver, la lista está compuesta por enlaces que redirigen al tema con el número de clics junto a él.  
¿Cómo se hace eso? (No tengo conocimientos de programación)  
¿Es posible crear esta lista sin usar un plugin?
