# 如何避免“抱歉，您尝试上传的文件...”错误

我只是从一个带有链接的 Google Docs 文档中复制一些简单的文本到帖子或回复中。然后我看到了这个：

如果我先将文本粘贴到电子邮件（Gmail）中，然后从那里复制文本，问题就解决了。

但我确实希望避免这个额外的步骤。

在 Google Docs 文档中，链接是普通的 Ctrl+K 链接，而不是 Markdown 格式的链接。

有什么建议都将是极好的。我更喜欢使用 Google Docs，因为我可以从台式机和移动设备访问它。

您需要在 `authorized extensions` 站点设置中允许您要使用的扩展名：

如果单击 _Documents_，所有主要的文本文档扩展名都将被自动添加。请记住通过单击 ✅ 进行确认。
