我还没有尝试过这个，但我感觉安装、配置、订阅付费外部服务、管理账户来建议“ just use”这个插件会有点麻烦 🤔

我的论坛有很多垃圾邮件（大部分也来自印度），但绝大多数都被 Akismet 或 `Min first post typing time setting` 捕获了。
