# 如何阻止用户自行退出私信？

Hello, I’m a moderator of the codecombat discourse and I need help with one thing. Whenever I try to warn someone about something, the user just complains and removes and leaves themselves from the PM, which is getting annoying. Is there a way to prevent this? Thanks.

Mark the message as a warning?

I don’t know that’s gonna help with them ‘removing’ self from pm or not but surely it will leave an impact of authority from your side.

If they are behaving badly, suspend them.

In order for them to remove themselves, they have to have entered the PM and ostensibly read the PM, so I’m not seeing the issue. If the warnings aren’t working, suspend the user.
