不能。您将能够以System的身份创建链接。我认为您不能轻易更改其所有者。鉴于我的判断是正确的，您需要通过rails控制台进行更改。如果有很多链接，那么您需要查看[Administrative Bulk Operations](https://meta.discourse.org/t/administrative-bulk-operations/118349)以获取有关如何批量执行某些操作的线索。但我怀疑其中没有确切的示例。
