アンディさん、

これは[検索バナー](https://meta.discourse.org/t/search-banner/122939)テーマコンポーネントのようです。

設定でテキストを変更できます。

- 管理者 → カスタマイズ に移動します
- Discourse Search Banner コンポーネントを選択します

次に、一番下までスクロールします。
