게시물 데이터 형식을 YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm으로 수정하려고 합니다.  
프론트엔드 JavaScript에서 수정하는 것은 합리적이지 않은 것 같습니다.

1. 이 시간을 테마를 통해 오버라이드할 수 있나요?
2. 이메일에서도 이 값을 어떻게 수정할 수 있나요?(현재는 날짜만 표시됩니다)
