# 如何清除缺失的未读消息？

有人知道怎么清除这些消息吗？我可以确认它们不在群组收件箱里（当我点开下拉菜单时，所有群组都没有未读消息）。

这些消息是慢慢累积起来的，属于那种“以后再说”的情况。虽然不紧急，但当我有真正需要回复的消息时，它们会让界面变得杂乱无章。
