# How to create a post clicking a link?

Hellow

Is it possible to create a post clicking on external link ?

From my parent site, i need to display a link which open a new discourse post.  
Args in link’s URL could give to discourse the subject and the category.

PhpBB allow such a function.  
How to do with discourse ?

Many thanks, with my poor english I have found nothing in meta…
