How to deal with this problem when I try to setting up HTTPS support with Let’s Encrypt

DId you enable it by running discourse-setup and providing the email address or did you follow some other instructions?

Does your domain resolve directly to your Discourse server and not some intermediary (e.g., CloudFlare?)
