For the warnings, we have a Undo an Official Warning topic that details how you can remove official warnings for a user. With a similar method described in that topic you delete all warnings on a site.

You can see Administrative Bulk Operations for some hints, but I doubt that one is there. I’m not quite sure which warnings you’re talking about, though.
