# 如何禁用用户的电子邮件，使其无法启用

我有一个用户的电子邮件地址，该地址在使用 Amazon SES 时不断退信，并且他们拒绝更改。如果我作为管理员禁用它，他们会重新启用它。该用户声称他收到了电子邮件，但 Amazon SES 发送了明确的未送达消息，并且 Discourse 将邮件记录为已退信，所以这里发生了一些非常（强调非常）奇怪的事情，但这另当别论。

确实奇怪。  
您可以在 SES 级别屏蔽电子邮件地址：
