프로필 헤더 또는 사용자 카드 배경을 업로드하는 옵션을 비활성화하려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

이 옵션이 표시되지 않도록 하고, 어떤 방식으로든 추가할 수 없게 하고 싶습니다.

사이트 설정의 `allow profile backgrounds`를 비활성화하면 해결됩니다.
