# 如何禁用私信选项

Discourse 管理员可以使用 `personal_message_enabled_groups` 站点设置全局禁用用户 **发起** 私人消息的功能。

请注意，即使使用此设置，用户仍可 **回复** 现有消息，但无法发起新消息。

此外，管理员和版主始终保留与任何用户创建私人消息的能力，无论 `personal_message_enabled_groups` 设置如何。

个人用户也可以在其“偏好设置 → 用户”页面的“消息”部分调整他们是否希望 **接收** 私人消息，并可以选择允许/不允许其他用户向他们发送私人消息和聊天直接消息，以及（可选）仅允许特定用户向他们发送私人消息或聊天直接消息。
