Esto es para publicaciones individuales de un usuario. Me gustaría agregar un pie de página para todos los temas publicados en una categoría específica. ¿Hay alguna forma de hacerlo?

Que yo sepa, no. Puedes crear una plantilla específica para cada categoría, pero para hacer lo que describes necesitarías un plugin o un componente.

Puedes crear un componente de tema para habilitarlo. O encargar uno en el #Marketplace
