How to display posts in grids like the webpage below? Is there a plugin or theme component for this?

that’s [Topic List Thumbnails](https://meta.discourse.org/t/topic-list-thumbnails/150602).
You can also try [Topic List Previews](https://meta.discourse.org/t/topic-list-previews-theme-component/209973) (which also has masonry, rather than grid, but similar). Why? Because Masonry views account better for image aspect ratio. A grid view can struggle.
